In the expanded view, you'll see the full ingredient list and directions which you can print out by clicking 'Open as Page' on the top left and then selecting "File -> Print" in your browser menu. Choose one or more crusts and fillings and customize them as needed to create your own bespoke pie recipe.

You can use these pie bases in Christina Tosi's class and in your future pie experiments once the class is finished.

• All crust recipes yield one 10-inch crust unless otherwise specified.
• All fillings yield enough to fill one 10-inch crust unless otherwise specified.
• All butter should be unsalted, and all flour should be all-purpose.
